Peri Peri Chakli

Chakli finished with a peri peri seasoning, made from certified organic flours and fried in cold-pressed oil per the brand. This is the one item in the snack range carrying an extra question rather than just the standard frying-oil one. Peri peri is a seasoning style rather than a defined recipe, and commercial peri peri blends very frequently include flavour enhancers, acidity regulators, maltodextrin carriers and anti-caking agents — the additive load often sits in the seasoning dust rather than in the snack it coats. Pure & Sure does not itemise what is in this blend. Given how clean the rest of their sourcing is, the seasoning is probably spice-based, but probably is not the same as confirmed, and it is a reasonable thing to ask before listing. The underlying chakli is on the same organic, cold-pressed-oil footing as the rest of the range. Still deep-fried and best kept occasional.
