We deliver across Delhi NCR and to the rest of India. Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more.
Where we deliver
- Delhi NCR — hyperlocal delivery, with same-day and next-day options, subject to availability at your address.
- Rest of India — delivery through our logistics partners, subject to availability, serviceable radius and standard timelines.

Delivery charges
Free over ₹999Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more. That covers convenience and handling too — nothing extra is added at the end.
Orders below ₹999 may attract a delivery charge. Any applicable charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
If your delivery is delayed
Occasionally weather or traffic restrictions hold a delivery up. Our team packs and handles every order carefully to keep products fresh, and we do our best to get it to you in the window you chose.
If your order is running late, message us on WhatsApp or email care@purepicked.store and we will track it and tell you where it is.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, that is covered by our Returns & Refunds policy — perishables within 24 hours of delivery, everything else within 48 hours.
Paying for your order
We accept all major cards and UPI. Cash on delivery is not available — orders are paid for at checkout.
