Fruit Spread & Jam

Made with 70% pulp and sweetened with khandsari (desi khand) instead of refined sugar, this spread keeps the fruit's natural tartness front and centre. No artificial preservatives, colours or flavours go in — just fruit, a little lemon and fruit pectin to bind it. Good on toast, stirred into yoghurt, or spooned over desserts.
