About an order
Send us your order number and tell us what went wrong. If it is damage, a leak or the wrong item, a photo helps us sort it in one message instead of three.

Products and labels
Ask us anything about ingredients, sourcing, or what a claim on a pack actually means. We would rather answer a hard question than lose you to a vague one.
